"On 01/26/2024 two of my friends and I arrived at this location at 6:45 p.m. once we walked in the manger told us they did open till 7p.m because they were having a party. She told us to wait 15 minutes and come in. We sat in my car with the car off which made our windows fog. We started getting out the car at 7:05 once we started to walk up a police officer approach us telling us we couldn’t come in because we were smoking so I asked the officer could I open my door so that he could see and smell my car, when he realized we wasn’t smoking I asked could we speak to her, the police officer walked us in and I asked what was the problem? She then started to be rude and asked what where we doin in her parking lot we then reminded her that we were waiting like she told us to do and she continued to rude and said oh well are yall paying or not I told her no and I pray she doesn’t do this to the wrong black people.."

"This rink is clean, safe, and well run. We had my daughter's birthday party here last weekend and it was a fantastic experience. First, my daughter got a fever on the night before her party and they allowed us to reschedule the entire party to the following weekend at no charge. They are incredibly well organized, and asked about all our preferences for things (paper products, type of pizza, drinks) in advance. At the party itself, they had all the correct info and everything went super smoothly. The person assisting us with the party (Teagan) was incredibly kind and made sure we had everything we needed and that all my daughter's preferences were respected. I never write these reviews, but I cannot say enough good things about this place!"

"We’ve done two bday parties here- one with their party package and one just as a “come and skate” situation. Both were great! The staff is so nice and helpful. Both times we went it wasn’t overly busy so plenty of room to skate and have tables to sit at. We have some as a family a couple times just for fun and always enjoy it. Love Roller Motion!"

"Nice rink, but horrible service and no rule enforcement. We’ve come here a couple times a year for the past decade and probably won’t be back. The crowd wasn’t too bad at 4pm on a Saturday, but the staff (and most of all, the parents) couldn’t seem to keep any control over all the young kids — many of them going the wrong way against traffic and putting everyone at risk. The DJ is usually amazing and makes announcements, but there’s just no followup. It really hurts the experience for general skaters who always have to worry about running over a 4yo. For what it’s worth, parties are available during non-public times (we’ve attended them), but that doesn’t stop parties from happening all the time. Our concession stand experience was also pretty bad — clerks didn’t enforce the line, offering service randomly to anyone who was there, and generally taking their time with everything. The lady in front of me made about 3 “proxy orders” for other people in her group that didn’t want to stand in line, which took forever. The facilities are amazing, I just think a little more rule enforcement would cut down on the chaos a lot. Use those volunteers and “regulars” for something other than just the hourly games!"
