"Haven't been to the center, but to the park that it's located in. Nice park, walking path is just short of a mile loop. I found no trip hazards on the path, so much nicer than some of the parks I have been to. Beautiful it is. Being from out of state it's always nice to find a walkable park and not have to worry about any of the crazies out there. Several ball fields, picnic tables and grills, play area for kids of all ages, plus a burger/ ice cream shop next to it. My thumbs up to the town of Brookwood Town Alabama and the keepers of the park."
"We had my son's 9th birthday here. It was a great birthday party."
"We love our Brookwood community and GG hard and center and baseball park to make and everyone up there does a great job taking care of the property and putting on shows and entertainment for the kids"
"It is genuinely a comforting feeling to see a building built and park complex established as a child and now to have visited the same complex, appropriately updated and modernized is just as warm. Even though Bwood can be middle ground between other places, it was home to my childhood and I'm pleased to see it grow from being the ole coal mine town in the sticks or "B.F.E" to an obvious township, small city-suburb kind of potential place. Still in between two places, but by choice; not because the fuel needle is below the E and pockets just as empty. Thanks Brookwood town council and folks who keep small town Brookwood accurately ascending and appropriately aimed!"
"Nice family oriented place for kids to be involved in sports. Parking is sometimes a problem when people park over the handicap ramp or take up 2 spaces. I do have a suggestion for the ladies restroom; there is a wooden changing table in an awkward area as you enter and makes it very difficult for walkers, wheelchairs and even baby strollers to enter or hinders traffic flow."
