"We recently bought two Bradington-Young sofas at the Issis and Sons location in Vestavia. Jeff Price was the sales representative who assisted us. He was very helpful in providing details concerning the construction, qualify and style of the sofas, including design options. We had so many leather choices. Jeff knew the pros and cons of each piece. Since these are custom built sofas, the customer decides every facet of construction right down the the color and style of the decorative tacks. When the sofas were delivered, the delivery men moved our old sofas to the basement (included service with delivery), which was a great help. Before they brought in the new sofas, they covered our hardwood floors and stair railing to protect them. Our foyer area has a large bookcase and stair rails, which narrows the walkway somewhat. Even with those obstacles, they maneuvered the sofas through there without scratching anything. I was impressed. When they setup the sofas, they installed permanent protective cushioning on the feet to prevent future floor damage. They operated all the power recliner features to ensure they functioned properly. They were very courteous and professional. I highly recommend Issis and Sons because they know their products and ask the right questions to ensure customers make informed decisions. "We have visited and shopped in Pelham for years, our experience with Issis and Sons began with the carpet store. We purchased a number of rugs and have always appreciated the service from Jimmy and the entire Issis team. We recently purchased a new home and where faced with hiring a decorator. It was Issis and Sons that assisted us with colors in the house to have a pallet then the process of finding and ordering outstanding furniture. We had a two to three week wait on most of it but everything came in as described. Very high quality and delivered with care. We have had a few issues with our dogs and the carpets and Issis team has always helped solve them. These are great people and I would recommend Diane and her team at Pelham anytime."
