"We just visited for 3 birthdays we have in February. They were offered birthday stickers. The “special birthday heart ceremony” was lacking in any kind of excitement and you could hardly hear or even understand the person. There was also no “birthday heart” any different than the usual hearts they have. No party hat, or cake photo prop. It really wasn’t all that special. When I’m paying build a bear prices I want the fun build a bear experience. Otherwise I could go buy stuffed animals and clothes for a fraction of the price somewhere else."

"The employees of this store were kinda rude like they hated their jobs. Seemed like they hated helping people. I wasn’t being rude or anything. Kinda put a buzz kill on the whole experience but I’m still happy with the product I picked out. I also did not receive a birth certificate or option to make one. The price was also double what it was online and they wouldn’t adjust it. Next time I’ll just order online and skip this store entirely."

"My son, my husband and I came in today while you guys had a party going on. A child's party is always gonna be a scramble but the employees at this location made it look easy. The employee with short blue-ish hair (who likes sonic) took amazing care of us the whole time. I think she might be a damn superhero. The blonde one with the sparkle eyes who stuffed my sons toy legit made my husband tear up. She was so sincere and seriously perfect. You have hired disney characters to this store. Literally a picture perfect end to our day. I am beyond grateful. They all need raises."

"Actually I enjoyed way over 5 stars. But the expense of the bear/animals & to create one was so far out of reach, I was not able to build a bear. I am on a very fixed income. Such extravagances are beyond me. But it was fun to see the store & watch others creating, stuffing & picking out clothes for their special new fuzzy friends & see the joy they had making them. I'm sure it is beyond just a pleasurable experience & one you bring your treasured friend home to cherish for the rest of your life! My dream is one w a heartbeat! WOW! When I was a child I played with my stuffed animals even more than I played w my dolls. I can dream ..."
