"Long story short, my sister's 3 month old schnauzer puppy, Charlie, had a bad experience at another groomer's place up North. I called Delilah's & related the story to Laurie, who was so kind & helpful. She got an appointment set up for Charlie, had us bring him in a few days in advance so he could meet the staff, who all lavished him with love & attention, explained the grooming process for puppies & how they could help to put him at ease, and let us have a tour of the facility. On Monday morning, we had the first appointment, and they had him done in less than an hour! Delilah's staff are the most kind, loving, and professional people you could ever take your pet to. Charlie was groomed to perfection by Heather. Cindy & I are so grateful to all of the people who took such loving care of Charlie. Thank you, Delilah's!"
