"Location is convenient for me because i live in area. They always sell out of the newest Jordan’s when I’m trying to purchase for my grade school son. I probably order online for shoes most of the time, therefore I can get what I’m looking for!!! Other than that, I’ll shop here for me and my 3 boys all the time."

"Service was so terrible, service was not this bad couple of month ago, it is all new people in this store especially majority of it is males, They were all talking to each other, taking so long to get a shoe from the back, when I had ask for assistant they ignore me. When I ask to talk to a manager her name is Crystal, she got mad when i was telling her about her associate she gave me a rude attitude. When I ask for customer service number she threw the receipt on the counter and told me it is on the bottom of the receipt paper. I have always shop at this location because they always provide good service but now that is all new people, everyone is rude or lazy. They need to bring back the old people who use to work there. I suggest everyone to not go this location, because the workers don't know what they are doing, don't know where stuff is at, and they don't care how they treat you. Plus i see the same shoes down at champ and they are cheaper and better services."

"Horrible service, it was only two people on the floor, and they were all busy helping customer or talking to each other with their phones in their hand. Not once was I greeted or even ask for help."

"customer service were horrible, all the associate where standing around talking to each other, and when i ask for a side they didn't even bother to see if they have it, they just say that they don't have my size. When I had ask can I order the item and have it ship, This guy say no. When I had ask to speak to a manager a girl name Martina say that the manager was not available."
