"Terrible customer service. I order our uniforms early to avoid the mayhem, like the early July. I come all the way from Indiana because this is the only uniform place or school uses. I got a call that my order was ready. When I get here, they have a sign on the door stating to, "When an associate is available they will come and get you". I had to wait outside in 85 degree weather for 10+ minutes. I tried calling, of course they aren't answering phones. I have sever asthma. I am never outside long on hot humid days, because I need to breathe. This policy/procedure is totally unacceptable. The lady that answered the door was very rude and non caring. I recognized her as one of the managers/owners. I will definitely ask our school if we can staet using a different vendor, especially since they appear to not care for the customers. I spent over $200 here and you expect me to wait outside in 85 degree weather."

"Definitely recommend this store! They do have a good selection of communion dresses and have a good amount of seating for the grandmas/entourage who come with! The staff is lovely and we especially want to shout out to the sales associate Tamika who was BEYOND helpful and truly helped make first communion dress shopping special for my daughter. Go here. (& go before things are picked over! Like most places they just order a bunch of dresses in January and dont reorder)Pricing is expected for communion dresses at a boutique store ($300-550)."

"First time here and not impressed. They must pick every other person to be friendly with...chatted away with customer before me and had me wait. Then was quick and to the point with my purchase...spent over $75 and didn't even get a thank you. Figured I'd get better service coming in than ordering online and paying a 9.95 shipping fee...next time I'll just pay the fee."

"Their uniforms are great. Please do your shopping ahead of time bc I was out in the sun for 30 mins b4 the store opened in line to get in. The line went halfway through the block I felt like a slave in the hot sun waiting desperately for my turn. If they answered the phone before my trip there... this could've been avoided. The woman helping me was very sweet. But there was another woman with very poor customer service skills, I witnessed her being rude to a woman customer and I didn't like it. I wish they would provide a more organized system for uniform orders or purchases bc that line was ridiculous. Also I wonder if the lines would be this long in the hot sun if we all weren't black? The shoes and socks are a bit over priced but good product."
