"It had been more than a decade since I last went to OCharleys. While out Christmas shopping the kids were hungry so we decided to stop in. Service was great, everything was clean, food was brought out quickly. My wife was really excited about potato soup and was sorely disappointed, it tasted like Campbell's cream of cheddar with some seasoning and a couple potato pieces tossed in, the fries were good, the patty melt was good but not $13 good, the chicken tenders were okay. I'm not sure why they changed the recipe, but the olden potato soup was what everyone tried to get their potato soup to be like. The new recipe is what someone who has never had potato soup and doesn't like potatoes might come up with."
"My daughter and I ate there this past Saturday. Glass was never empty. Wait staff asked multiple times if we needed anything. Chef that day cooked amazing meals for us. They really made our day! So much so that we bragged to the manager on everyone and left a substantial tip."
"Our steaks were good. We ordered the topshelf appetizer, and we requested no chives on the potato skins they come out covered with chives. I ordered asparagus with my meal, and it tasted like it was boiled, no seasoning at all on them. The waitress was very busy waiting on tables and running the bar and didn't seem very interested in what we thought about our meal. so I didn't complain to her about it. I probably won't be back for a while. Maybe they will have people trained by then or a new staff"
"Overall, I was very happy with my dining experience at this restaurant. The food was decent. I won’t say it was the best I’ve had, of course, but it’s a chain restaurant so that’s expected. But I will say kudos to the management and staff because the staff in general at this place is just amazing. I know I interacted with at least three or four of them, including our server, and everyone of them was friendly courteous just overall very professional."
"It's always a pleasure here. Warm as well as inviting. It has that home relax feeling. They are always friendly to us. Great with groups. We certainly enjoy the server Colt ."
