"The store was busy so it took forever to find a staff member to help my daughter try shoes on. We finally figured out the right size and were told the box would be waiting for us at checkout. We get home and realize they gave us two different sizes. I spoke with a manager and was told their staff should always be checking to make sure customers have the correct sizes and our only option was to come back in the store. I live an hour away so this is a major inconvenience to now have to make the drive back to return them and order online because now they don't have her size available in the store."
