"This is now the second time we've come home from this store missing a bag. Today's checkout associate was beyond incompetent and was single bagging absolutely everything. In the process he spun a gallon on milk on the bag carousel and it fell. When we got home we were missing the 3lb package of chicken we had just paid significant money for. This isn't ok in the slightest!"

"Wanted to leave a review to share my experience. I fully understand shop lifting and Walmart has certain ways to handle and prevent it, my issue was the associate DOUG who hovered over us with his scanner the ENTIRE time and didn’t even try to hide it. I scanned my air fryer and accidentally scanned the wrong barcode it wasn’t even 2 secs before I could find the right code to scan that he made sure he vocally let me know I scanned the wrong code. I mean if anybody else was stealing in the self check out they were successful because eyes were fully on us. I felt extremely profiled , it was extremely rude and it’s super sad how some people still judge. NEVER AGAIN!"

"I have always had to rely on myself in that store as the staff seems occupied with sales floor tasks. In electronics I do occasionally want to ask questions but I rarely have the patience for a clerk to become available. Self checkout is always overloaded but the line moves quickly as there system is easy and quickly becomes intuitive. In contrast, Payless self checkout is cumbersome and slow."

"Was there on a Sunday for an oil change at 7AM. We were rudely told that everyone shows up late on Sundays and it would be awhile. We was able to get our oil changed at 7:15 am so that wasn't to bad. It took over 45 minutes for me to be able to pay after the oil change was completed."
