Tons of Tires

"DO NOT COME TO THIS SHOP FOR ANY SERVICE. As a black man I tried to support black owned business. ( big mistake with these guys ) Whole staff is lazy. My front tire only has 3 lugs & this smart individual doesn’t even tighten them correctly! I’m on 465 and my tire is literally WOBBLING. I pull over to service lane just to check my tires and I was able to UNSCREW THE LUGS WITH MY FINGERS!!! I COULDVE DIED! After paying these lazy individuals $100. Will never return here. Do yourself a favor and go to discount tire across the street. There’s 5 tire shops on 82nd street, make sure you avoid this one by any means."

"Soo... I pull up with a flat tire in the trunk. Try to say good afternoon to the guy helping me out, completely ignores me and tells me to open the trunk. Then he proceeds to tell me where I went to check my tire before I came to them and what they said. Proceeded to calling me a liar over why a tire would be in a bag. He was in a bad mood or so I thought. The person after me got a smile and a nice greeting. The guy who swapped the tires was really cool, though, and was the only saving grace. The guy who swapped my tires told me it was 20 dollars while the guy in the bad mood told me it was 30 dollars. Not a big discrepancy but one nonetheless. Safe to say I would drive a little further to see if a shop is open before I go to this one again."

"Fast and reliable. Needed help on a sunday. Blew my tire on the interstate. They picked up my car fast and put the new new tire on. So happy i found this place, i recommend these guys!"

"Used to love this place, I’ve been here a couple of times. My tire had a flat and they allowed me to drop it off after hours which was great on their part, they confirmed my tire and I left with the promise my tire would be on in the morning. I came back the next day and a new guy was there, on site he was immediately rude and swearing at me saying he didn’t have my tire and he could sell me one that was temporary, I told him I was here the night before and that someone already confirmed my tire. He continued to be rude and argue with me until the guy from the night before called him and confirmed my tire was indeed there and that he needed to LOOK AGAIN. Afterwards he told me he found my tire with no apology for being rude and ignored me the rest of the service when I asked to speak to someone who was a lot nicer."

"I called the shop to see if they had my tire size, they told me $50 per tire, $100 for 2 tires installed over the phone. So my wife drove there right after church and they had exactly what they said. She pulled in, sit in her car and got 2 really good top notch used Michelin tires and was back on road all in 30mins. And they only charged $90 instead of $100! You cant beat this place! Top notch guys! Top notch prices! Top notch service! Very nice, polite, gentlemen! I will never go to a differ tire store again."
