"Took my car in to have the breaks looked at and possibly my tires rotated. They gave me a long list of unnecessary and nonexistent problems they wanted to fix. For example, they said the break pads in the back were completely gone but when pick my car up I could see rubber still on the breaks. I told them I would just pick it up bc I wanted a second opinion and they said it was okay. Upon picking it up they charged me a $65 diagnostic fee which was not previously disclosed. My own, my friends and my family experiences at Neal tires just keeps getting worse and worse."

"Never ended up getting my car fixed by this place due to the horrible customer service. First time trying out this place, and I walk in the door and stand at the counter for about 10 min. The person at the counter was on the phone at first, but even after he was off the phone....continued his work, never looked up to acknowledge me standing there for the last 10 min. When he finally acknowledges me and asks how he can help, I tell him my issue and seems completely unconcerned about my issue. After an hour of being open they tell me it can't be looked at that day. I make an appt for the next day, and he nonchalantly tells me "well, we should be able to get to it....if not, we'll let you know." I'm sorry, but I have a life, schedule, commitments and responsibilities that don't exactly fit their blaze attitude about fixing customer's cars. I read the reviews of this place before I went.....but after my in person experience.....I don't trust they''ll fix or take my concerns about my car issues seriously. Onto another place...."
