"I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at Advanced Dermatology & Skin Care Centre, compelling me to share my story. My visit was fraught with issues from the start, beginning with an excessively long wait time of over 45 minutes, which was just the beginning of my unfortunate experience. Upon finally being seen, I encountered two receptionists whose behavior left much to be desired. The first receptionist completely ignored me, choosing to attend to another customer without a single acknowledgment of my presence. This alone was disheartening, but what followed was even more distressing. The second receptionist was not just rude but also discussed a sensitive billing matter related to me loudly enough for everyone in the lobby to hear. The lack of professionalism and blatant disregard for my privacy were appalling. To add insult to injury, when the Physician's Assistant finally saw me, the interaction lasted for 3 minutes at most, making me question the quality and thoroughness of the care provided. Because of this experience, I have decided never to return to Advanced Dermatology & Skin Care Centre. Moreover, I feel it's important to advise others to seek alternatives, even if it means finding a service provider out of state. The lack of basic respect, professionalism, and adequate time for patient care I encountered is a clear indication that Advanced Dermatology & Skin Care Centre does not value its customers or their confidentiality. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your dermatological needs."
