"3/1/22 - today I was notified to pick up a RX. I got there to the pickup window cars were backed up DQ. So, I went in, and the line was past 2 end cap freezers and not moving any faster than a snail pace. So, I shopped for 1/2 hour checked again and it wasn't any better. Went back and shopped another 1/2 hour and giving up I went to the end of the line which was to the end of the 1st end cap freezer. Lady in front of me walked away mad. The gentleman next in line said ""well there's only 2 in front of me now". Came his turn: He gave his name and DOB they told him we don't have anything for you. He responded I was told it would be here this afternoon and to come get it. The youngster stepped away for 30 seconds like she went to check, came back with nothing. He was not happy. Since John left and Jessica can't be there all the time, and you have untrained employees who can't work at the pace the pharmacy needs to work during rush hours, the place has gone to hell. I am seriously considering changing pharmacies. I used to feel like they were part of my extended family because of personal attention I got, but that gone and that's SAD. You used to be 10 stars, but I honestly can't do that now."

"The entire staff at their pharmacy are extremely rude and unhelpful! I took a script in to be filled and was told that they could not fill it. When I asked why, I was told that they had enough to fill it but they only use them for their "regular" customers. She told me I would have to go somewhere else and would not fill my prescription. When I questioned this she got very rude and informed me that her "regulars" come first! I live right down the street from this Payless and will continue to shop here but will NEVER go near their pharmacy!"
