"I had the best new world shopping experience today. I couldn’t find keyboards at Office Depot by Fresh Market so I asked an employee. He not only took me to where they were, but he asked what I was looking for, what I did or didn’t like about the one I’m replacing, showed me options, and made recommendations. It’s unfortunate that that’s become out of the ordinary, but that’s the world right now. And I told him how much I appreciated it."

"There was a mix up with an online order I placed. And Conner at the Jefferson Blvd store handled it amazingly. It had been a not so pleasant day for me and the mix up was the icing on the cake. Conner handled the situation beautifully and went way above and beyond! I mean way above and beyond when he didn't have too. It was so greatly appreciated. Thank you for having someone at your store that truly cares about the customers. Employees like that are hard to come by now a days.
