"First of all, I don’t like car dealers. Especially the big ones. They’ve all got their routines where they put you with the newest salesman on the lot, and then pass you off to a couple managers before you can get away. It takes a long time. Also, I don’t really buy new cars, as they are getting more and more expensive as well as going down in quality. The nanny options on new cars drive me nuts. Anyway, what took me in is the line that says “Buying a car doesn’t have to suck!” Well, we’ll see about that, I said to myself. Well, it is common knowledge that buying a car is indeed a very unpleasant experience. It’s not exactly my first rodeo, as I’ve been buying cars for over 40 years. Mike has worked for one of the bigger dealers, and is very well aware of their tactics. He has made it his mission to operate exactly opposite of their ways, and provide great service that doesn’t make you feel like you’ve been beat up when you leave the lot. Anyway, long story short, this is one of the best buying experiences I’ve had. Grant and Mike, were very very nice, and the car is almost in perfect condition. It’s eight years old and has over 100 K on it, but it is totally worth it. They Made sure it looked like it was new, and even sent me away with a freshly washed clean car and full tank of gas, with all new fluids and filters. Very straight shooters, and I will be back!"
