From the large chain-store RV places, to small independent operators, we have enough data to state that Evans and Son stands well above the rest. Their approach to sales, service and customer care is outstanding. Mindy was our sales rep and the Evans and Son pledge for "no bull!" was a very refreshing change. Bob did our walk-through for the new 5th wheel and his patient demonstrations left us with a confidence to operate the new rig. Our first 5th wheel, we had lots of questions, but the staff provided excellent information that allowed us to make clear choices on options. Alex, the service rep, is always helpful to set up whatever we might need to keep the rig up and running to perfection. We have no problem stating clearly that Evans and Son RV is our "go to" place for RV sales and service."

"They were nothing but kind courteous and went above and beyond to do. What was needed only had 3 recalls, but they checked camper over found another minor issue. We fixed it they are great to deal with. Don't care what anybody else has said they were nothing but kind."

"Absolutely the worst customer service. Especially coming from the owner of the business. We were told when we picked up our camper that a new part had been ordered and we would be called after it arrived. After 3 months of the run around and no answers, but plenty of excuses, we finally speak with the owner who said that part didn't need to be replaced. Mind you we had the service guy on camera telling us it would be replaced. Apparently it didn't need to be replaced which is fine, if we had been told that from the beginning. But instead, 3 months of the run around. The owner Stephen was extremely rude to my husband and advised that if we bought an RV anywhere else it would be a disaster. Well, it can't possibly be worse than the disaster that is their company. We Will NEVER return, nor will we refer anyone else to this place."

"My mother purchased a brand new Grand Design camper from Evans thinking this was a reputable dealer, not the case if you need quality service. Long story short, a manufacturer defect caused major water damage that neither company will make right. The only answer given is turn it into your insurance. TERRIBLE BUSINESS ETHICS HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING ELSEWHERE.."
