"I was told some of the workers are very rude, bad customer service, poor management, bad OWNERSHIP, low pay grade, doesn't open on time, no team work, bad communication, management says or does one thing an if management has something come up its ok but not for a worker especially when it comes to family"

She rudely said no that the kitchen is being shut down. This was at 2:30. I honestly believe that management needs to train staff on customer service. How can a business make money with that kind of service. I believe Otwell needs a different convenience store with better management and staff that knows how to run the business."

"We use to like getting Bacon sandwiches. The last several times they only have 2 pieces of bacon on the bun. There was a lot more bun than there was bacon. We are very upset about that. My husband said that it was the last time. We usually come in their every day. It is so sad. You pay for them, and they are not worth the money."
