"We were told twice(by the delivery person)that our water softener was not using salt. That delivery person said they would contact the office about it (twice we were told that). After calling the office twice, they had no idea about our softener. We also had a person come and reset our softener and he also told us he would inform the office. It seems like the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing."

"Great place to get good water cheap, I buy it by the 5 gallon jugs and put it in my water dispenser, 25 cents a gallon when you fill your own jug definitely saving a bunch of money"
"The only Culligan location that has self service water fillers for 1, 3 and 5 gallon bottles. There is a location on US 30 in Valparaiso that has a room for self service but does not have the equipment because the management doesn't care. I asked them and the manager told me he didn't think it was necessary even if the room is set up. This location cares about its customers and maintains this self service room."
"They chased me like crazy until they installed their water softener unit, after paying a couple of thousand dollars I cannot get salt delivered. They came once when I wasn't there as if I am sitting at home every day with nothing to do they did not leave it. I was told I would get it this Monday on 3/23/2020. The receptionist is obnoxious initially refused to give her name then said salt delivery will be in May now. To reschedule it will be $11 extra. I can easily pay that but I will not enrich someone who is rude and obnoxious to customers."
