When a customer service person asked me what I was looking for, all I said was that I was looking for a size 12. Not only did they have my size, she asked me about how I walk and showed me shoes that would help me with the best support in the places that I needed it. She was so helpful. I will be going back again whenever I wear these ones out!!!!"
