"Terrible..if I could give it zero stars I would. The customer service was so bad. We had to pull around to the window and even then the attendant ignored us. I would not go here.at 6:30 on a Sunday."

"Dude there was super rude and couldn’t understand anything he said. Oh by the way, half of the items on the menu they don’t have. Mark them off the menu lol. Jalapeño poppers were alright tho, but not worth the money spent."

"I got some of the worse service I have ever experienced today. I took my daughter to pick up a bowl of vanilla ice cream and cheese curds. The guy doing drive thru was extremely impatient and you couldn’t understand a word that came out of his mouth. Despite the rudeness I ordered then pulled forward not knowing my total. No one was at the window to take my money or greet. Nothing. He finally comes to the window handing me a chocolate vanilla swirled cone. I said this is not what I ordered it was supposed to be a vanilla bowl. He rolled his eyes and said no you said cone. He then went got a bowl and placed the cone upside down into the bowl and preceded to hand me this. Then hands me my cheese curds. I said could I get some marinara and with the crappiest attitude towards me says “what?!” I said you know what never mind and drove off. This was my first and only experience at this establishment and I will NOT be going back. Customer service should probably be more of a priority at this place. If I could give no stars I would."

"Ordered cheeseburger and fry. They asked me what I wanted on it. I told the Lettuce, Tom and ketchup. I got a dry burger with nothing on it and a stale bun. The cheese for the fries was ice cold almost frozen and the price I paid was completely different than what I paid"
