"Leslie at Rochester location absolutely amazing only reason we got into a car was because she pushed and wasn’t taking no for an answer and got us approved be advised does not sugar coat very forward but I can respect it hopefully you can too because she is definitely a good person trying to help you out but be warned I had the car for 1 week before the engine went out they tried to stick us with the 20k in payments before we even made a payment… they had done a makeshift repair job on the engine my mechanic pointed it out the second he saw it which is when I attempted to return the car they tried forcing me to take the car but the motor gave out in their parking lot even threatened to make me pay for towing like place is ridiculous Leslie was awesome but superior auto terrible place !RUN!"

"Was sold a car illegally . They shown me the wrong car fax but for the same make/model with a clean record. The REAL car fax showed frame damage which is illegal to resell & when I said something to the person who happened to be the manager at the time and she basically said it’s not her problem anymore bc she doesn’t work there. I definitely do not recommend ever buying from them."
