"I walked in at 6pm. Already approved. Johnny assisted me with the hook up via phone application and via email correspondence. Insurance was set up on the phone, another Johnny hookup. He let me know what needs to be repaired and offered to get it fixed for me. I left at 730pm with a new vehicle with everything I wanted in it. And they let me take it and will still get the repair fixed. Best car experience ever. I was able to do everything from work. I highly recommend. Everybody already asking me for the Johnny hook up. Thank you so much Johnny. You’re awesome. I will be sending clients your way."

"Honestly, I hate writing a bad review, and I wish I had a better experience like some of these other reviews. We have had nothing but issues with the 2018 Equinox. I should have gone with my gut and walked put when the salesman said I didn't look happy, well that's because my gut was telling me something and I did not listen. Tonight, I hit my breaking point while driving the vehicle, and it decides to break down with my child in the car. This is not the first time it has broken down while we were driving it. It's to the point that we do not feel safe driving it. This 2018 equinox has broken down more times than our 2007 equinox (that we still have and runs better than the 2018). At this point with the payments and paying for the parts and labor it's became a money pit. I was told by the salesman that they were better than the previous places (valley motor & Byrider in Anderson) where I have bought vehicles from. I disagree because I never had issues with any of the vehicles I got from the other places. So if your gut is telling you not to do it, then don't let them talk you into buying a vehicle because you might end up like us and get the wrong end of the stick and get a vehicle that is constantly breaking down. We will not Recommend this place to anyone."

"Went down to look at a 2012 Volkswagen gti, the guys there worked with me through all the issues, agreed to fix them, can’t say enough positive things, they didn’t try to sell me all the cars on the lot, just worked hard to get me in the car that I came for, car is in beautiful condition and the engine runs very smooth. Would definitely purchase another car from this place."

"I bought a used Cadillac from Go Indy Autos on July 10th, 2023. Johnny Schaeffer was working on the 4th of July allowing me to test drive the car when other dealerships were closed. All dealings were straight forward and up front. The trade-in offer was fair and I was pleasantly surprised there was a service plan option. Any questions or concerns were taken care of quick, right now and in a hurry. Jay in finance also made the process as painless as possible patiently answering all of my questions. Deadlines were met prior to the due date (a problem I have had other places). I've had the car 2 weeks now with no issues. I really can't say enough good things and that is particularly rare when buying a car! Definitely recommend!!"
