"Customer service is horrible here (BRONZE). Ordered $40 worth of food on ubereats and it was cancelled because they didn’t want to put 2 scoops of goat sauce on my egusi soup lmao. (Mind blown). Food is tasty as far as the soup, the rice is a no go. Taste burnt. Order from here a few times but they won’t get my money anymore. The iyanze on broadway got one time to pull it and I’m not going there either."

"Prices are ridiculous compared to the quantity of the food. Incompetent staff and poor communication of price increases with customers. I’m a regular customer and always tip . I love to support black businesses but I don’t even enjoy my food because I feel like I’m am unfairly charged. Quantity is not consistent. Sometimes you get more and other times way less but still charged the same."

"The Ugusi soup and Iyan Fufu I ordered from Ubereats were so good that I had to stop eating to write this review. Chef kiss to the chef! It was fresh, not too spicy, and absolutely delicious."

"I went for the first time. And this was my experience....The lady at the counter was not forth coming with an explanation about menu because I had no clue. She just handed me the QR code to pull the menu up. And when I asked a question about one of the items on the menu, She told me all the menu items are not at the location I was currently at. WOW! but okay. I initially ordered the beef pattie or meat pie and a Ting. But I was very curious about the food on display, She told me they have rice plate for $15.99 and you can add an extra meat dish for $16.99. I was like cool let me get the one with 2 options. Basically she gave me 2 pieces of meat. A goat piece and a chicken piece. Which I wish I would have taken a pictures of, cause the portion was so small. Anyhoo...I got it back to the office and the meat was sooooooo tough!!!!! I mean a fork was not getting thru it. I used a kitchen metal fork now and the meat fought me. Both small pieces. And I couldn't tell what part of the chicken I was eating so I just threw it away and saved the rice. I paid $24.88 for a dry beef pattie and a plate of rice (because the meat was inedible). Oh lets not forget the Ting. This is ridiculous and horrible! I wish I could get a refund. So I just brought the rice home, made some shrimp in my air fryer and some left over veggies from last nights dinner. Needless to say I won't be going back!"

"I love the atmosphere; the music videos playing, the layout was nice. The Cashier was very helpful. It may have been the time I came in, or they didn't get a chance to cook more food but my Goat that I purchased was extremely tough and very dry. I ordered jollof rice with Goat and added Catfish and plantain to my order. I will try again to find out if the food is better next time."
