"Service at the Taco Bell on Jefferson Blvd. In fort Wayne was very prompt and the tables were nicely done. The temperature was bearable and I enjoyed my experience. I will definitely be coming back to this location again."

"I made an online order that had a couple of burritos that weren't supposed to have sour cream or three cheese blend on it and ended up seeing that it was removed from the app (mobile order) as it wasn't printed on the receipt I have, and because of that error, my brother who is allergic to sour cream is now suffering from stomach pain. Watch out for this location specifically. Literally the worse Taco Bell in fort Wayne to where I hope every single last employee of this location steps on Legos for the rest of their lives"

"It’s so frustrating when I repeat my order 3 times only to discover when I got home that they still did not make my food correctly. The DT screen is not working at this location so I could not verify to see if they rang it out correctly. Well, they did not! I ordered 3 taco supremes with no lettuce, no tomato. Then I ordered one more soft taco with just meat cheese and sour cream. So essentially all 4 should be meat, cheese and sour cream only. I get home and 3 of them have meat, cheese and lettuce. The 4th one was actually made correctly. Again , I repeated this back to them 3 times. I had a feeling he didn’t understand so I guess I should have checked my bag before pulling out of the DT but there was a line and I don’t like to hold everyone else up. My only mistake there but then again, I shouldn’t have to do that. Then, I called the store to report this issue and no one would answer the phone. I called twice! No answer both times. So I’m stuck with food I can't eat due to a lettuce allergy issue I have. Thank you Taco Bell Jefferson Blvd. Fort Wayne Indiana for the horrible service."

"I'm pretty sure this location only exists so that corporate taco bell has somewhere to film their "what not to do" training videos. Their job consists of putting roughly 7 different ingredients into different variations. They cannot do that. Their food is always fresh, not bc of how busy they are, but bc of how many orders they must have to constantly re make due to hiring only people with a 3rd grade or below reading comprehension level. Only go to this location if you feel you are having too good of a day and need to be knocked down a peg. I hope every employee at this store stubs their pinky toe, and just as its about to heal, they stub it again, even harder."

"I literally cannot come to this taco bell and ever leave with everything I order. Today my order was short yet again and the food we got taste like cleaning spray. Wasn't worth it before the price hike certainly not now. I called to make a corporate complaint about the location and the manager stated she doesn't know corporate phone number or when the head restaurant manager would be in store. Save yourself the hassle and go to Coldwater."
