The entire experience was just disappointing! Do better Arby’s."

Food won't be available in the morning either, so you're out your money and food. Management will pass the buck because you ordered on the app, and the app only redirects to call the store. Absolute scam, and they know it. Order here and chargeback through your bank. If enough do it, they'll get in trouble with the credit card company and someone that actually has authority in Arby's will finally care."
