"We got sandwiches for the whole family. The bread was so tough that I could not even eat it. I do have dental issues but even other members of the family also had trouble. Won't eat there anymore."

"Open till 9 arrived at 7, even online orders available if I was to use the app... But in person- doors locked despite open sign and all lights on, drive thru closed but employees inside. So basically they closed 2 hours earlier than posted? Maybe worth updating hours."

"Horrible service here and incapable people. I have only encountered one very friendly and customer-service savvy young man. This time my order was not even made properly. All “canned” and repeated responses to all the horrible reviews this place receives. In other words, they could care less and want everyone to apparently know it. Do yourself a favor and do not patronize this place. The responses also say “owner,” then ask you to send your feedback to another site so they can share it with the owner. With all the horrible reviews and people who have contacted corporate, corporate should be reading all the reviews on their own and monitoring. I realize this is only one franchise but it totally can sour a customer on the Jimmy John’s brand in general."

"Ordered lunch at noon today, at 1:15 i called the restaurant. At 115 they answered on third time calling. They stated short staffed and they only have 1 driver. I get it, but other Jimmy Johns will stop taking or delay deliveries. Waiting over a hour and it has not even left the store yet with no notification is unacceptable. Now when it does arrive my lunch will be over."

"Ordered delivery for my lunch at work. I ordered two separate sandwiches, the Vito and the BLT (pictured). Both without tomato, which the got correct and both with kicking ranch sauce (which is absolutely phenomenal). The sandwiches were delivered in an appropriate amount of time and made correct. They were good. Only complaint is price, after delivery fee and 15% tip, the total was $27 for two sandwiches delivered. Cost of convenience is high these days."
