"Idk who was working at the drive thru but I was ordering food the person was rude aslll like they don’t like there job that’s not my fault work somewhere else then I ask for mild and hot and they said “well you only getting hot cause that all we got” what a great way to tell yo customer what they ordering there’s a way to speak to people! Probably won’t come to this location ever again it’s in waynedale and usually places are nice I would expect this from the south or downtown but not waynedale! Wanted extra sauce you guys don’t follow instructions and just plain rude the rudeness is what really pissed me off"

"They can’t get robots to make these orders soon enough. Clear as day says No Lettuce yet they added lettuce. I understand people make mistakes but as frequent as it happens at these fast food joints it’s very apparent it’s due to incompetence/pure laziness. This is proof that they only care to have bodies(functioning brain optional)show up and perform the job even if orders are only done correctly sometimes. Too greedy to pay a living wage to have competent employees/too greedy to invest in automation. I want to thank whoever made my order at this store for the wake up call to stop going to these places as I should be making healthier choices anyway."

"Just placed an order thru uber eats. Ordering amd driver were NOT the problem. My order was. I ordered a chicken power bowl with no tomatoes and I received a chicken bowl with tomatoes and NO LETTUCE!! I called taco bell about the issue. They were extremely rude, took NO responsibility for the issue amd told me to take it yp with Uber Eats, even though they aren't the ones who messed up!! The place that made the food, didn't follow the order, and messed it up should be held responsible, NOT the delivery company. The orders are packed and taped shut to know that the food isn't tampered with, MAKE SURE ITS CORRECT WHEN YOU MAKE IT!"

"This is my steak & bacon grilled cheese burrito that I paid about $6 for. I did add jalapeños. As you see no potatoes...no bacon and there is barely any steak. But they did load it up with red strips...which are not even an ingredient that should be in this burrito nor did I request them. Highly disappointed in this. I unfortunately did not have enough time to go back to get this remade."
