"I went through the drive-thru they forgot napkins and hot sauce and we're having trouble filling the simplest of orders. Additionally I had to ask for ice in my tea they didn't put ice in my tea."
"We ordered on the app and went to the store should’ve been ready, but there was no one up at the counter. My wife stood there for 10 to 15 minutes waiting for somebody to come up to the counter and everyone was in the back or at the drive-through window, not serving anyone who was at the counter. We do not usually deal with these kind of problems at this Taco Bell."

"We order the rolled taco box deal, however when we got home the rolled tacos was not in the bag. Tried calling them but they are not taking calls, called the 800 and on hold. Not sure how you rectify a bad order when you can’t reach anyone instead of driving all the way back to the restaurant. Very frustrated."
