"Wow super rude experience. No one acknowledged me the entire time that I was in the store, a good, 15 minutes, and my check out experience was atrocious. I came in to do some shopping but unfortunately didn’t have the size I was looking for. When leaving I asked the cashier how to validate my parking and she rudely told me only if I bought something. While this may be the policy, I have never shopped at this location before, and she was incredibly rude. I politely explained they didn’t have the item I needed and she shrugged and walked away. I grabbed a soda and she rang me up very rudely while having loud conversations with other employees across the store. I will go spend my money at the location on North Ave. One extra star, because the store was clean"

"One of my favorite Old Navys to shop at . Great view of the city outside of the store .The store is very organized. They have great deals every weekend. The whole team is very friendly and welcoming and also the cashiers. 10/10"

"I enjoyed my recent purchases at the old navy, because their employees were very helpful. When I needed something and couldn't find it, one of the employees would show me where it was. I'm not good at putting outfits together, so they were happy to give their opinions when I asked. I applaud employees as well for keeping up the fact that the sections are well-kept and organized. The fitting room has gotten way better. They work hard back there and stay on top of making sure the rooms are clean for the next person, on top of all the clothes they are already responsible for."
