"Ordered 5 piece tender combo with Mac n cheese. My son ordered 10 piece sweet n spicy wings. When we got home and went to eat. They had given us the wrong order. Called them, and they said there was nothing they could do about it. And hung up on me."

"Food portions were great. However, it was rather greasy. The service in the store was rather slow. We waited 15 minutes at the counter to order because all the employees seemed to be more concerned with drive thru orders than they were with in store customers. There seemed to be a lot of unhappy customers after we ordered who were waiting on food from mobile orders/door dash/GrubHub. Maybe I was there at the wrong time on the wrong day. Maybe sometime I will try this restaurant again and it will be better?"

"Whoever the lady is that take the order , is very rude and unprofessional! Makes you not even want to spend your money there. With there being only 2 Popeyes in Fort Wayne they should treat their guest a lil more respect! Without your customers you wouldn’t have a job !!!!"

"Worst experience of my life at a fast food restaurant. We placed our overpriced order ($52 for 3 meals with no drinks and 2 kids meals), and got the order at the drive thru window. We made the mistake of driving forward, because we were shorted one of the meals. Went to run inside to get our last meal, and the doors were locked, as they don't do dine in. So we called their number, and a lady answered the call. We explained what happened, and she said we would need to show the receipt, which they did not give us one. The lady said yes we did get one because they always give them at the window. We said we didn't get one, and she kept arguing with us and finally said there's nothing they could do without the receipt. We explained again they shorted us a meal, and she said get back in the drive thru line, which then had about 6 cars in line. We said our food would be cold by the time we got up there and asked if she could bring it out to us. She said she couldn't do that. By that time we were pretty irate, and we told her she needed to bring out our food. She said she would not bring it out and we were not going to tell her she had too, and she hung up on us. Completely honked off, we cut to the front of the line back in the drive thru. We explained everything as best as we could to the assistant manager without yelling (as mad as we were at this point). He gave us our food and said he would reprimand the terrible employee for her wrongful actions, though we know he wasn't really going to. He did at least apologize, but that didn't make up for the terrible experience. I would go negative stars if I could."

"Tried the spicy chicken sandwich with red beans and rice today. The wait was so bad I almost left. Being this busy guarantees that everything is going to be fresh and hot. It was. The chicken is huge and had good flavor. The red beans and rice was not as hot as it should be, but it's normal for chains to calm down a bit so they don't hurt people. The prices are good, but the wait almost makes it not worth it. Lunch hours around here is busy everywhere."
