"Sit down restaurants are faster. I ordered two hard tacos, two soft tacos and two glasses of water. I eating in line for more than 25 minutes. The person at the window was polite and helpful, and I figure they were just understaffed at 9:45pm on a weekend, but as I left I counted at least 4 employees. Certainly enough to get orders out in a timely manner."

"cross contamination is insane here, ordered food for my family, my son gets a 5 layer burrito, he cant eat lettuce because he is allergic so this is about the only thing he likes and it doesnt come with lettuce at all, somehow lettuce still ended up in his food and i was able to catch it before he bit into it but this is absolutely absurd. I even made sure to tell them as a precaution "avoid lettuce at all costs" real good that did. never coming back to this taco bell."
