The younger guy made me feel like he didn’t want me help us. Like we weren’t going to buy and we were wasting his time. Now that owner is the real deal. He runs circles past everyone. "I would not recommend Tommy B's. Initial sales transaction on new unit was fine but the service after the sale has been bad. The owner doesn't seem interested in keeping customers happy. He encouraged me to take the unit to another dealer for service even though it was under warranty. Very unprofessional. I've purchased many carts through the years and thought I would give Tommy B's an opportunity. Big mistake."
