"A week ago I ordered food when it was not busy and I waited for a surprisingly short time - I would learn I got a burger that had been sitting for a while and I had to heat it up when I got home. Today I ordered from home and hoped to pick up the order. I ordered the food and waited before leaving for five guys. I then had to wait at Five Guys for ten minutes... So I imagine a half hour is how long you should wait after you order it online - then come in .. it does appear this time the food is fresh... It's a Fast Food Lottery Opportunity - it is possible to get a good meal and service. But it's $15 to find out whether you win or lose... Frustrating as Five Guys used to be a super reliable way of avoiding the Fast Food Lottery - now it's just a more expensive risk."
