"The manager is horrible or horrid. She wanted me to pay for something that I did not eat. She threatened to call the police on me and did call the police on me. The only reason that the police didn't come is that the manager didn't want to wait thirty minutes. So she finally took it off of my bill. I was prepared to wait for the police. I stand on principle. The beer chesse has changed and the Pretzels since the last time I was there. I explained this to the manager. She wanted to say, "I asked you once. Was everything okay? I stated yes, and with the food I was eating, it was okay. I wasn't going to upset my meal by talking about what wasn't okay until it was time for me to pay the bill. If I had started on that conversation, I would not have wanted anything."
"*Update* Thank you to their GM and team for reaching out and making this right! Its good to know that businesses hold themselves accountable for mistakes and value customers! Thank you!! I’ve been here a couple times recently as it’s in the neighbor but I’m confident that I won’t return. Each time I’ve been here either I’ve had poor service, bad/missing food or both! This time it was bad food. Overcooked wings and barely no sauce and only to get home and to taste blue cheese instead of ranch. Just frustrating to spend hard earned money on a meal that is not what you wanted."
"Absolutely the worst, stay away. It was dead and the bartender Renee still didn’t acknowledge me for 5 minutes. Then she didn’t know how to make a Bloody Mary and had to print instructions then read them for 5 minutes then look for the ingredients for 5 more minutes all while not offering a food menu or water.. it was painful to watch and I’m sorry but she’s in the wrong business. It seems typical of this place though, I haven’t been in a few years because it’s been on the decline and honestly I don’t know how they’re still in business at all. I figured that I would give them one more chance, and I’m mad at myself for even taking the time to write this review, but I want everyone to know they need to stay away… When she finally did finish the Bloody Mary she asked if I wanted anything else so I said yes a food menu and water would be nice. She took my food order a few minutes later, I was by myself and only ordered a buffalo chicken wrap but she still had to take the time to mosey over to the computer so she could get a notebook to write it down. The wrap was awful and had hardly any chicken in it, and they also forgot to put buffalo sauce in. Everything about my visit was bad and it’s such a basic place I don’t understand how you can screw it up so terribly. Please go away and let something better occupy that space."
"Tonight they had some people raising funds for some sort of cause (foster kids?) the one employee came out and literally asked for everyone’s attention in middle of dining room and gave a 5 minute spiel about the cause and asked for donations going around with a paper to all the tables. Then the 2 gentleman working the booth for the cause basically stopped and spoke with every patron of the restaurant including some who were door dash drivers asking and pressuring for donations. As I’m walking out, trying to avoid the conversation bc I don’t feel the need to donate (I have several auto deducted donations come out of my bank account Monthly) the one guy is literally yelling “excuse me ma’am” several times as I’m walking out the door as if it’s not obvious enough that I’m not interested. Completely confused and never have seen this type of activity in an establishment where people are coming to chill and spend money on food/drink. Not be solicited to."
"The woman who works to go counter is the absolute nicest person I've ever met! Literally puts a smile on my face every time I walk in there. The rest of the staff is just okay but the five stars is for this particular employee. Will be back"
