McAlister's Deli

"The absolute best staff ever! My wife got emotional hangry and ONLY McAlister's sounded even remotely ok. I ran out the door as fast as I could only to get there 10 min before close. Everything was mostly cleaned and packed up already, I asked if the kitchen was already closed and even said not to worry if it was, but they were so nice! All smiles, invited me right up and took my order. When I apologized for being "that guy" and told them my story they even threw in a drink and a cookie and said they hoped my wife felt better after dinner! Class acts all the way around, super impressed, can't wait to come back!"

"This McAlister’s is always filthy, sticky, and overall dirty. The customer service is also lacking, employees always standing around and don’t greet or treat customers properly at the register. On multiple occasions they have dumped out their tea before closing and don’t come around asking customers for refills before dumping it. Instead of leaving with a full cup of tea, I leave empty handed. Please do better."

"In both the Noblesville and Fisher's stores we have been very disappointed in the way we have been treated. We had an additional charge on our bill last night at the Noblesville location. The way the associate at the register and the manager handled it was very poor. They treated us as if they could care less if we were there or not. Not good customer relations. We won't be going back to either establishment. Too bad because the food is good."

"Food wasn’t delivered, they couldn’t find me they claimed. I was seated on the patio on a warm evening because the dining room was dirty and not very busy. It was hard to find a clean patio table as well with only one other patio table occupied. Plastic utensils are ok for carryout, but not dine-in. That’s just tacky and seems to be a common occurrence at McAlister’s everywhere. I don’t know why, but please do better. Then I had a piece of blue cheese in my salad that looked like it had been stepped on..gross!"

"If it’s this dirty in the lobby and bathrooms… what’s in your food? Cold food and DISGUSTING tables and floors- we had to clean our own table and after they saw us cleaning, they finally offered to clean it… too late. Rude and ambivalent staff of teenagers- they rolled their eyes at me when I told them their bathroom had pee and other fluids on the floor and toilet seats. Long hair that wasn’t pulled back on both men and women. Skip and go somewhere else. I’ve worked food service, and they were staffed adequately. Not sure what the problem is."
