"Went here on a whim to try a new place and was disappointed. Owner was nice but majority of employees lazily do the job. Had an appointment at 5:30 waited until 6:30 to be seen. Then maybe spent 15 minutes in the chair for a “manicure” which did not include nail or cuticle care she simply just cut my nails unevenly and slapped on the polish… I think I could’ve done a better job at home and saved $25. No drill or file was used at all Received not cuticle oil either. Owner told me the bad job was due to my nails being thin and textured not at the fault of her employee. Offered nothing to fix the issue or even an apology."

"The owner was cool for the most part but they only have dip powder and gel polish for the nails and not acrylic color. Everything was going good till she put the polish on it completely changed the shape of my nails I wanted square and when she was done they came out almost rounded.I even showed her a picture of how I wanted the shape to look and she cut me twice with the drill.I asked if they can reshape them she said they looked fine laughed and went on to another customer. I then had to ask the owner to file them the right shape and she did a half job and filed them crooked and not even fully straight as if she cared. I told her the also look a little bulky and she said it looks fine and left. If you are a big nail person this is not the place you want to go because you will be highly disappointed."
