Taco Bell 9885 Fall Creek Road, Indianapolis, IN 46256

"We live nearby and are frequent customers at this Taco Bell. What's prompting me to write is that we're tired of receiving food that looks nothing like the photos on the app's menu. For instance, our spicy potato soft taco tonight likely had 15% as much filling in it as is shown in the photo; it was literally a small enough portion to eat in one or two bites. Same with the Black Bean Crunchwrap Supreme this evening, as well as last time: all bread and hardly anything inside. I get that this is value food, but there's zero truth in advertising on the app as compared to what we actually most often receive at this Taco Bell. They've also left off items, then hung up on me when I tried to call to tell the manager. We're very disappointed in this Taco Bell location."

"Unfortunately this store is in need of training very, very badly :( Got a bean burrito and they forgot the beans (or at least it appeared to be 100% tortilla with some cheese and white onion). The soft tacos literally only had meat on half of them - which kind of blew my mind because I ordered 2 and thought it would be almost impossible to screw them both up… I was proved wrong. The most amazing part of the meal was the new spicy bun crunch that they suggested for me to try as a new item had a Gordita shell (not heated up) with what I imagine to be a 3 or maybe 4 hour old chicken tender. Please work on it… so we can all write good reviews and not sarcastic ones about how poor the quality is :) That said the service and team is very nice here and appears to try Much appreciated and sincerely - everyone who wants to eat here Update - I’ll just keep posting photos of how bad and incompetent this location and the owners are and how much they don’t care - moray recent - look at my chicken quesadilla - where is anything inside?? Cheese and chicken - derrrr I don’t know how to do things?!?! Der der der - so dumb - oh and look at my taco - I’ll just splurge a big pile of sour cream in one bite - idiots"

"I think it’s great that Taco Bell still hires disabled employees! They only hire people that do not know how to read! Seriously, how hard is it to do your job? And to not put sour cream on a burrito?"

"Absolutely terrible. This is what you will get if you go to the drive-thru. I ordered a Mexican pizza combo and the box for the pizza was crushed so when you open it the pizza sticks to the top of the box. Both tacos were crushed and broken. Also, the tacos are supposed to be supreme. These clearly are not. Just look at the pictures. I had some other stuff as well for my son and his girlfriend but did not get to take pictures of that grossness. Here we are, a week later and I still haven't heard from anyone. Disgusting customer service."
