"Doors are always locked anymore. Pickup orders are never ready, even when the app says they are; told it's at the counter, but then told to go through the line at the drive-through, then asked to wait at the curb for even longer for luke-warm food. They seriously need adult supervision at this location."
"Usually this KFC is consistent in good food quality. With today's order, the Mac and cheese I received had other random food bits in it and the noodles were definitely older under a fresh layer (picture attached). This bowl should've never been an option to serve, just based on the old noodles alone but it seems there was an attempt to cover up the older Mac and cheese underneath. Disappointed in the wasted money on this order."
"It's not often that I get to enjoy fried Chicken, today, even more oddly, this morning I had a hankering for fried chicken. The last time I visited KFC I had a phenomenal experience and that was only because my food was so extremely fresh and that was only because the car ahead of us had ordered some wildly large number of chicken pieces for a party. SCORE! THAT WAS NOT MY EXPERIENCE TODAY!! At about 10:15 this morning I said KFC opens at 10:30, I can be the first in line and surely this is going to be straight out the grease. Boy was I wrong about that! So I get in line at 10:32 and I place my order for a 10-piece mix, this is with faith that it's just straight fresh chicken. I only live 5 minutes away so I made it home and I noticed one chicken is darker than the other. Usually the dark one is the original with the nice soft skin, and the other is extra crispy, it tends to be lighter in color. My daughter only eats original from KFC, she said over the bucket, because everything appeared to be extremely crispy. She took a piece and she took a bite and it was the loudest crunch that I have ever heard, even louder than the crispy. She thought she had the wrong one, sadly she did not I took a wing in original and it was crispy as well so I had to drop the conclusion that the original chicken was cooked the day prior and refried the next morning. This isn't speculation, my son and husband also came to the same determination. My husband just by looking at it said that the texture appeared to be off and it was. I think it's unfortunate that this dying chain wouldn't up their performance. The first person in line is not expecting chicken from the day prior and if that is your practice shame on your company. Instead of sending leftovers from the day prior home with employees or donating to a food bank or simply tossing it out, you choose to refry and put it in a customer's order. I'll attach a couple of pictures I'm sure you'll be able to figure out which is which. By the way the customer service was amazing which makes it even worse, what I received. KFC sucks!"
"My experience was great. KFC is making a quality comeback. Family fill up for 25 dollars is a very good value. The dining room was clean, and the turn around time for my food was very good , good service is getting harder and harder to find, so I appreciate it when I get it ."
"I am torn between 4 star and 2 stars since my experiences tend to be either fairly ok or pretty unsatisfying. I'll just split the difference and call it 3 stars. Every time I've ordered grilled chicken I have had to wait at least 15 minutes, then only to receive incredibly dry and nearly inedible chicken. It was practically dried out jerky, which doesn't necessarily say "fresh" to me. However, the last time I went here, it was pretty good. The chicken tenders and popcorn chicken were good and the sides were exactly as expected. The biscuits are usually pretty dry and useless and seem to me like they've been sitting out a little too long. I'll give them another try some day but for now I'm going to stick to Popeye's and Jaggers."
