"Very ghetto & very unprofessional! Shouldn’t hire anyone who’s going to work the window with a nasty attitude. Customer service is everything & this store doesn’t have it, neither does the disrespectful kids that work there. The manager is unprofessional as well we asked to speak with a manager and he’s just sitting on his phone not even trying to acknowledge us. The food was horrible & cold!!!"

"Service was slow. Workers were in the phone, the girl served me a cup of Mac n cheese that has styro foam all up and through it. Didn’t see it til I got home. They completely ignored everyone in the drive thru"

"Love the new Texas flavor. Coleslaw is the bomb. But this store is too small for all the business it gets. Which is a good thing. I don't like the drive thru. There are too many homeless people back in that cubby hole."

"The chicken was great. The fries were really good. A good crinkle cut fry needs to be crispy on the outside and creamy in the middle. This was just that. The breading is great."

"I realize that staffing is bad everywhere but that does not mean you have to treat customers bad. If not for us how would they get paid?? This was the worst experience, workers were rude - we had ordered online and went to pick up our order. Was told when we arrived that it was not ready and that they were out of chicken - it would be 45 minutes or more before any was ready. All the time the woman, who may have been the manager was yelling “we are not making any more Mac and cheese” - it was 4:30 in the afternoon. When we got our order it was not right. Paid for 12 piece mild and 12 piece spicy - all mild when received. We won’t be back that’s for sure - not sure who needs to know that the workers there are running customers away. I gave a 1 star rating but it was more like 0."
