"Store service, food and cleanliness has been falling as of late. I visit the store just about daily for doordash and sometimes a quick meal. Food quality has been missing. Gotten wrong items to poorly made items. Service is just standard. Feels like staff doesn't care about customers just their work or own time. Store has been dirty during my visits. Bathrooms, tables, counters and floors have been filthy for who knows how long. For a store the owners adore and highly boost, they are not seeing what customers see and experience."

"The nastiest staff I have come across in a long time. I stood in this restaurant for at least 10 minutes noone even acknowledge my presence. The staff made eye contact with me several times. They were singing; talking amongst one another. When I finally asked why I was being ignored the manager PAIGE began to get defensive and the staff begin stating I was being rude and refuse to serve me. The guy working instructed me to report him, as he was unbothered. The behavior of the entitled, turn it around on you so I am alright with my behavior. Well, it's a good thing for cameras, they were rolling the entire time. Get a new staff, the atmosphere of an establishment is solely based on your staff. The food can certainly be replicated; it's Taco Bell for goodness sakes."

"We live in Noblesville about 0.6 miles from a Taco Bell that we avoid. We highly prefer this one due to the night and day difference between the two. This store must have good management. It appears clean and taken care of. The service is always quick, polite, and thorough. The food is always hot, plenty of ingredients in each item. I am never disappointed. Major kudos! I’m convinced the Noblesville Taco Bell is serving dog food. Wish they’d finally learn from you guys."

"Gone from 5 stars to 2. These days, it's rare to get an order prepared correctly. Sometimes they just don't do as the order asks, other times it's obvious they just don't keep their areas clean. Was obvious that someone either accidentally spilled sour cream in the lettuce and didn't care enough to clean it out, or had it all over their gloves. Taco had small dollops of sourcream covering the lettuce. Not enough to where it seemed intentional, but definitely enough to where someone should have noticed."
