Hardee’s 2500 Conner Street, Noblesville, IN 46060

"Arrived at 5:45am this morning. Drive Thru sign board wasn't lit up but store lights were on. I sat for 7 mins waiting to give my order. No one answered. I drove to window and knocked on window trying to get the attention of the worker that was standing there. She ignored me. I drove back around to the speaker this time the board was now lit up and I waited for another 4 mins with 2 cars now behind me. No one answered so drove to window and this time honked. Female employee put on her headset and asked what I needed. I asked if they were open and she replied saying that they didn't open until 6am. I showed her the hours that were posted on the window that the drive thru was open at 5am which she then informed me those hours were wrong. It should be noted that I visit this Hardees on an average of 3-4 times a week and arrive between 5:30am and 5:45am and normally have great service as long as the normal guy is working. I wish I knew his name... but he normally works mornings during the week. But whenever he isn't working the service is TERRIBLE!!! I drove off today without breakfast and ended up going to McDonalds. Please tell me what your drive thru hours are!!!!"

"The service was great today for a Saturday morning. We got our food promptly nice and warm and fresh. Friendly and quick service: the ambiance is definitely a little outdated and the cushioning on the booths is “well loved” but does not detract from the overall experience."

"I placed an order online for pickup. I ordered a 10 piece chicken tender. This has got to be the worse tasting Hardees in Indiana. The food wasn't fresh at all. Hardees normally have some of the best chicken tenders there is. I wish I would have tried my food before pulling off. Now I'm stuck with 10 nasty old tenders and out of 15 bucks plus more because now I have to find something edible to eat. Also, they added some type of red seasoning that I did not ask for. I highly do not recommend this location."

"Manager, standing on top of the food counter changing signs mentioned it to the drive-through cash register gal wasn’t a good thing to be doing or sanitary. Then the manager wanted to get an attitude and tell me not to visit his store again. Board of Health will be notified on Monday along with this photo along with a phone call to the corporate and franchise owner."
