Reviews of Ice Bar & Lounge
"We were at ICE around 6:30, before the Colt's game; not many patrons were in the bar/restaurant yet. We were just looking for a new place to try for dinner, so we were only there an hour. The bartender/server was pleasant and attentive. No bad marks for service. I had a Philly Burger, and my husband had Chicken Tenders, his typical fare. Both came with fries, though that wasn't shown on the menu. My burger had good flavor; I just would have preferred the onions and peppers be more tender. My husband said chicken was better than he expected. We both loved the fries, and our breaded mushroom appetizer was just OK. They didn't have my first two choices of beer, but I enjoyed a half-price pint of Samuel Adams Octoberfest, so I was content. My husband had Diet Coke. I think an easy win for improvement would be if they served the soda in a bigger glass instead of a small-ish disposable cup. Overall, I'd go back."
"From the clean and helpful bar staff. To the wild shows they perform throughout the week. Strong Great drinks and more beautiful smart vast choices. They'll have what you need from food to liquor!"
"Wish I could give 0, we made it there at 2:25am, didn't know they close at 2:30, the door was was so rude. He said u can't come in we close in 5. I said 5? His response was yea 25 plus 5 is 30. We closing! We were shocked, cause nothing called for all that. Andthe bad part is I had been telling people I wanted to check out this bar. Never going back and will tell anyone with an ear about my experience!! Mostly wanted to support cause black women owned it. But this establishment don't deserve my money. And not going to be disrespected by a door man, making 30,000 a yr. Hope he see this! Cause of course i know how to count, my salary proves it. This place needs to work on being professional."
"My fiancé and I went here on a Tuesday night, it wasn’t very busy but it took us over 35 min to get a burger. The burger was over seasoned and over done. The poorly made drinks were served in disposable cups. We had to walk up to the bar for all service. It was a terrible experience. It was like they didn’t want us to be there. We definitely didn’t feel welcome there and will not be returning"
"Went there for the first time last weekend (as Ice Bar), bartender made my drink wrong in front of me and got rude and snappy when I said that's not right. I'm literally watching her pour it wrong (wrong alcohol/liquor). She was extremely rude, it was not the cleanest place, I feel like I wasted my time and money being there. Definitely different compared to the person who owned Eddy's. It was so much better, a couple of years or so ago. Food was decent, but I don't see myself going back there or much at all. I'm not with rude people especially when I wasn't rude to them. Super uncoordinated. Bartender kept asking if we wanted to make it ourselves, while still holding the wrong thing in her hand. She was the tomboy/stud to be exact who was rude to us. I will never forget that face, they can keep that negative energy. Guess she didn't want to be wrong. But I could definitely make it better, since she wanted to challenge. What was the purpose of all of that? Never again."
