"I have gone here four or so times in total. Every time was totally different. The quality of service you receive is extremely based on who you get to serve you. There's an older gentleman who is there that's super attentive to the point. And it makes great looking sandwiches. Then there's a younger kid that doesn't seem to pay attention to you and flat out forgets sandwich toppings that are on there prepaid combo, to the point that if he's at the counter I just walk back out honestly. The rest are solid workers though regardless, just those two stood out in totally opposite ways and it caught my attention. The restaurant is very clean inside, and all ingredients looked very appealing overall. Lettuce was crisp, tomatoes still had juice in them on line, and avocado and cheese were not browning or hard on edges. The tables and floor were clean. Well done for that."

"This used to be our go-to subway. The staff knew us and now it has gone drastically downhill. We recently had a very rude drive thru worker who rang up our order wrong and said ‘I don’t know how to fix it.’ I told him how much it should be because we order it all the time and he said ‘what do you want me to do about it?’ I said please get the manager and he said ‘why? He doesn’t know what he is doing.’ They never got it sorted it and said ‘do you still want it.’ They were charging me $9 for $5 kids meals. I said I want them for the price it should be. But ultimately we ended up leaving with no food and will never go back. It was so rude and out of control. I miss the old workers that were so sweet and kind."

"The service was excellently awesome the staff was welcoming but I most definitely did not like the way my sandwich was made the guy put all of the meat and sauces and everything in the bend of the bread and I asked him to cut it down the middle cut my sandwich in half he did like a 1/4 cut it wasn't even you know even so I went home with a very messed up sandwich like how can you fix a sandwich the wrong way my 4 year old knows how to make a sandwich without my supervision I mean I would come back here again only if a docent person fixes my sandwich and does it right but if 2 people fix it wrong then I most definitely will not be back here again and it'salway messed up that none of them accepts coupons anymore so I'm gonna need some type of discount or a free coupon courtesy of the manager or something"
