"Took approximately 25 minutes to receive our order. We ordered two double steak burgers and chicken fingers. Don’t expect fast service. Food quality was similar to steak and shake. I would have rather of gone there than go back to Freddy’s. The only refreshing thing was the sweet smell of marijuana bellowing threw the drive thru window."

"I finally went to this new Freddy's yesterday and it was a great experience! I had an issue with the app not processing my order and the employee (Willie) and his manager (I didn't get his name) tried resolving why the app was not processing my order. The manager took ownership of the situation and made it right!! I was not expecting to get my meal comped, but that is exactly what they did!! I will definitely be going back because you just do not get helpful, courteous employees these days. With service and employees like this, I see no reason that Steak n Shake will be around much longer. SnS has been on the decline for many years now, and I think Freddy's will be the nail in the coffin for SnS. Thank you Freddy's for providing a great first-time experience. Keep up the great work, and thank you for having competent employees."

"I picked up a cheeseburger kid's meal for my niece today. It had only pickle, the way she likes it. She took a bite and said she didn't like it. I tried it and it was so salty. Other than the salt, the burger didn't have any flavor. I don't know why they would put so much salt on a burger, or any, for that matter. There are a lot of people that don't, or can't, eat salt. They are definitely limiting their customers by the use of so much salt. This was our first time trying Freddy's. With all of the salt and the fact that the beef was flavorless, we won't go back."

"Five Guys vs one guy Freddy’s. Discovered this place after I got out of Staples and wanted a burger. My first time with Freddy’s and the way I would describe it would be somewhere between a Five Guys and McDonald’s for a fast food burger joint price point. Unfortunately “fast” was not how I would describe it but food quality was good, service was very friendly, and most importantly it was clean! How often do you hear the word “clean” describing a fast food joint? Most places make you want to vomit back up what you just ate, so kudos to these guys…err one guy. I’m not suggesting you can lick to toilet bowl but the bathroom was cleaner than most casual sit down restaurants. Tables are wiped clean as soon as a guest leaves, no mildew stinky smell or stickiness that most fast food places have. I ordered the #5 Meal (mushroom jalapeño burger) which was just under $11 total with tax, chose the skinny string fries as my side…left very satisfied."
