"The employees are polite, but that’s literally the only positive thing about this place. It always takes them forever to bring your food out. You have to pull over, and then they bring it to you at least 15 minutes later, and the worst part is that it’s never made correctly, and it’ll be cold. This is honestly the most ridiculous Taco Bell I’ve ever been to, but I can’t tell them off because they’re polite, it’s nuts lol. I just had to throw away a taco because the shell was burnt, like — what are y’all in there doing?"

"Worst taco bell ever - deserves negative stars, hands down. Not just the worst out east, but in general. The employees are always high and always make orders incorrectly or forgot items. Like SERIOUSLY, mistakes that...you would really have to try to make like an example is who confuses nachos with a burrito. I've found hair in my food before and on several accounts ai have seen the store inside and have deduced that they don't wear hairnets. This evening (this has happened several times) we had to go back (physically drive back) because they always forget something even when they look you in your eye and repeat your order lol.. It would be laughable if it wasn't such a waste of everyone's time. Idk how they're still open. Please just spend your money elsewhere and save your gas and time"

"They messed up my order, saw people in the restaurant, went inside, immediately the manager screamed “why is this door not locked!” and proceeded to ignore me. The people inside must have been friends/family of the manager with one being super drunk. After having to yell over the drunk guy to try to get what I needed I was yelled and berated at for having an attitude. At this point now I did have an attitude. The drunk guy now getting in my face and insinuating that he wanted to fight me. This is the worst tacobell I have ever been to and this place should be shut down for safety reasons!"
