"I love this Dennys !! The atmosphere has completely changed in the last year or two. The food, the service, and cleanliness is a notable difference. The GM is really helpful and I can tell she cares about the guest. Only one I will eat at in the city period ;)"

"When I walk in everyone greets you very well. It be so clean. Even the bathrooms be clean the soap have soap and the dispensers is always tissue in the bathroom paper towels I just love this place and I will always come back 1 million times I just want to say thank you for everyone that works at Denny’s and for your appreciation I will be back soon."

"food was delicious! servers weren’t all that well. Then we ordered to go desert and this is what the container looked like. we got 2 of them and for everything we spent $50. I first Came up nicely asking for a refund because there was barely any in the container, they immediately got the manager and he said we couldn’t do a refund. All of the servers were laughing at us giving us side eyes and nasty faces when we just simply wanted a refund for this tiny scoop of food.other than that the main food was very good"

"This experience was terrible and will NOT be back! The food was barely warm…which is weird for a Sunday at 12/1:30pm…but our server never came back to check on us at all so we couldn’t even explain to her about the food…so we explained to the manager and got told that our server was the best server…which if that was true we would’ve gotten our food freshly made and would’ve had time to tell her about the orange juice…when I was talking to the manager about what went wrong with our experience the serve jasmene proceeded to stare at me and my niece with vengeance in her eyes and the lady at the checkout register was very rude as well and proceeded to tell the mananager, “ YOU BETTER GET YOUR CUSTOMERS” whatever that means…we were just waiting for my mom to get out of the bathroom…the host said my niece snatched the recipient from her, but she just grabbed it fast cause she was trying to grab my fathers to go coffee that the manager had brought out…so that part was a definite misunderstanding…either way very unprofessional…I HAVE BEEN A SERVER IN THE BREAKFAST INDUSTRY FOR 13 YEARS AND THIS IS NOT THE WAY THIS SITUATION SHOULD HAVE WENT DOWN…I AM ALSO IN SCHOOL FOR BUSINESS MANAGEMENT SO DEFF NOT THE WAY IT SHOULDVE GONE…I understand the area but we are all adults and should act as such regardless of a complaint…you’re suppose to remain professional with the customers and apologize for any inconvenience. B.L.A.S.T is very important to use in the food industry and was not portrayed correctly here. I am overall disappointed with the experience and will not be back…P.S. I wasn’t even mean when giving the complaint because Ik how customers can be especially on a Sunday. Anyways whatever it is bothering these girls, I hope their day gets better!"

"I like Denny's, but this was my worse visit ever. It was late night, they only had one server (then one came late) and the wait was about 30 minutes. It wasn't very clean. Our server took our drink and food order and never came back. She gave 2 or 3 tables their drinks before she realized she hadn't given us ours (probably due to us eyeing her). Then she came to us and said forgot what your drink order was, I threw my paper away. The food came out and it was not the best, my eggs looked raw, my hash browns looked old, country fried steak was hit but seemed under cooked and the gravy was thin with clumps. The only thing good was the toast. My spouses food was not hot nor were the pancakes hot."
