"I ordered a sandwich (#12) and I never ONCE said the word plain. But instead of clarifying if I wanted my sandwich plain, they just assumed. This sandwich has lettuce and tomato on it and nobody asked me about that. When I called about it, I was talked poorly about and laughed at. However, the gentleman that was in there was friendly and corrected everything."

"Freaky fast - ordered from the parking lot and it was ready when I walked in. Enjoyed the slim Italian but bread was a little dried out. Triple chip Cookie was good"

"Do not order delivery if you want it in a timely manner! It is not freaky fast by any means. Placed delivery order five minutes prior to them opening so it would be scheduled ahead of time and be one of the first deliveries. (11:30) App showed my order was out for delivery at 11:13. I called the store at 12:20 to ask about locating my order and the employee said there’s nothing I can do. I asked, can you call the delivery driver to find out the issue? Needless to say, the employee said that they are sorry and there is nothing they can do. If you’re short delivery drivers, don’t offer delivery. Had I known it was going to take over an hour for it to be delivered, I wouldn’t have ordered from here. I finally got my order at 12:35. I didn’t order a drink but received someone’s? I normally tip well, but felt like I had to retract my usual tipping due to the lack of urgency. I felt horrible because it was an older lady delivering and she seemed to be the only one delivering orders, but the location has to do something about their customer service. This is the second time I’ve ever ordered from here and it will be my last. I thought the first time the late delivery was a fluke, but it is just how this location operates."

"I want to give them a five star rating, I really do, but the skimpy meat portions held me back. Today I deviated from my standard order of either the gargantuan or double gargantuan. Those sandwiches are my standard fair because they do pack on the meat. For my sandwich today, the #5 Perfect Italian, the veggie toppings were good and the bread was its normal crispy perfection. My daughters kids meal ham & cheese looked great, and my wife's Unwich lettuce wrap was delicious as well. This location is always nice and clean and it has a good amount of seating for a shop in a little strip of shops. Also picked up some bread, super large at an amazing price!!"
