"literally every time I went to eat there, there was hair in the food especially in the tamales for some reason. I’m a germaphobe and was just grossed out by it. When I asked to return it and get a new one she said no, still had to pay for it"
"I order pupusas and I find small cucaracha on the pupusa, I told the mesera, and didn't give a f...she make a joke...they don't have a good clean environment"
"I don’t know why there’s so many comments on how bad the service was but I had great customer service and was even asked how my meal was before I left. The food was delicious and they have probably the best chicharones I’ve ever had. The only con is the place is extremely small with no windows."
"Excellent place and the customer service amazing. Recommendations pupusas, El colombiano plate, and tajadas catrachas. Drinks *Orchata delicious."
"A hidden secret in Indy. I first visited a few months ago with a friend and the pupusas are fresh and made to order. Visited again today and the pupusas were so good and fresh. It’s a small local owned business and there is usually only one waitress/cashier and one cook. The waitress is always pleasant when I am there, even when other patrons are rude or demanding. Not negating others experiences, but I have personally witnessed men speaking vulgar to her, being rude etc. One instance, there were a group of men continuously ringing the bell at the counter for service, when the waitress was clearly busy taking the order of another group of patrons. She was as patience as she could be, but instances like this would clearly make me frustrated as well."
