"Can’t leave a review for the food because 2 times this week I’ve went to this location and it says they open at 5 and both times all the lights are out and a black SUV is blocking the drive thru window area. This was at 6:30 today and 6:15 the last time. Why don’t you ever open on time?"

"Chicken tenders were served Burnt after waiting 10 minutes for them, after requesting them to be cooked fresh. I called & complained & was told they would be remade, I pulled up to get them & the young lady handed them to me & quickly closed the window there was no sauce in the bag. I had to sit there for approximately 3 minutes for someone to come back to the window & get me some sauce. It was Sunday & the sign says $1.99 Shakes but when I tried to order one the so called Male Manager said he couldn't make any shakes something about the machine was frozen up ⁉️ Not a very pleasant experience again at Hardee's, they're gonna lose my business if they can't do any better than that. Serving burnt food is ridiculous, especially when someone requests it to be made fresh ..."

"Every morning that I go here they're slow. Took 15 minutes to get my food with 3 people ahead of me. And the super sausage I ordered this morning tasted off?? Had to throw it away. The people I've dealt with here have been decent. I just think they don't have enough help. But the sausage thing?? It was nasty. And that's a first."

"The little girl at the front counter is still rude and dismissive. No smile. Treated everyone in line rudely. I rarely go to Hardee's and this visit reminded me why. Even the manager has a horrible attitude. Lines, both drive thru and inside, were slow moving. Waited in drive thru line for over 15 minutes and no movement. Went inside and was a little faster, but not a whole lot. Soda machine was out of half of the sodas. I would've ordered on the app, but the app still will not work. It won't accept my Visa debit card. No idea why? Emailing IT did not help. Too bad that Hardee's has gone so downhill."

"Service wasn't great. It was okay. I am not going here anytime soon. Biscuits and gravy was real runny. Waited so long for my order. They forgot about it. So not real thrilled with this place. Oct 23rd Drive thru went fast ... great food... it is always hot.. drive thru employee was new... but great food and that's why I keep coming and its closest one to me... biscuits and gravy are very very delish!!!! Try them.. def worth it."
